Marist Dining Services is committed to providing multiple dining opportunities offering diverse menus that feature traditional favorites, ethnic dishes and international cuisines, with an emphasis on obtaining local and regional products. Through sustainable practices and educational programs, we provide opportunities for social interaction and awareness for a healthy and productive lifestyle.

Sustainable Dining on Tuesdays

All ingredients used in preparing the meals are purchased locally and regionally, whenever possible, from local farms and distributors such as Hudson Valley Fresh, Fair Weather Acres, Szawowski Farms, Purdy & Sons, Fresh Point Connecticut, Cecchi Farms, Long Plains Farms, Winter Sun Farms and more.

Reservations are not required, with seating available on a first come, first served basis. Tickets go on sale at 11:30 a.m. at the main Dining Hall cashier. Please purchase your ticket first and then present it when you join the Valley Café serving line in the Cabaret.

  • Students w/ Dining Plans (Carte Blanche, 120 Meal, 60 Meal, 30 Meal, Apartment 15) - One Meal Swipe
  • Students w/o Dining Plan and General Admin - $11.68 plus tax
  • Faculty/Staff with a Valid Marist ID - $7.39 plus tax
